Subject: After-sales service period

Please be advised that Noritsu has determined the after-sales service period for all the products we offer.
From now on, we will provide after-sales services, which include provision of service parts and technical services,
for the period of 8 years from the date of discontinuation.
For the products currently in production, we will provide after-sales services for 8 years from the date of
discontinuation. After the after-sales service period is expired, we will provide services to the extent possible
as far as repair parts are available.
Please also be aware that, even though products are still in the after-sales service period, there will be
cases where we are unable to procure spare parts for them due to such reasons as discontinuation
by or closure of the supplier of the parts, in which case we will be obliged to stop supply of such parts.
We will continue to make every effort to manage parts inventory in a systematic manner and to ensure stable
delivery of parts for a fair price, and we will appreciate your continued support and patronage.

This After-Sales Service Period is a policy of Noritsu Koki headquarter, Japan.
Depending on the region, some Noritsu sales offices have their own policy.
